From SUEZ: There are multiple outages across the City due to the main break. Please be advised a contractor not associated with SUEZ or the town of Kearny, struck a water main on Rt.7 between Kearny and Jersey City. It is difficult to estimate how long it will take to complete the repair. Please be assured that our crew is working as quickly and safely as possible. We know how important it is to have water service, especially now. We will continue to post updates as we receive more information.

Water service and pressure beginning to return to parts of Jersey City, we expect water pressure to be returning to near normal in the next 2 hrs. Please be reminded that a boil water advisory remains in place. Water should be boiled for 1 minute for drinking purposes until further notice.
